LET’S MOVE TOGETHER! SCHOLARSHIP

 

From now until November  11th we are accepting applications for our first Let’s Move Together Scholarship. The recipients of this scholarship (1 male, 1 female) will receive 4 months of CrossFit training, nutritional guidance, and more for free (total value over $1000). The winners will be selected based on a number of factors such as personal desire for change, a strong work ethic, a high commitment level, the amount of physical change possible (generally those most out of shape will be most qualified) and those who can not afford classes due to economic hardship.

To help these recipients achieve their highest capacity of achievement, all of the following will be included, and some of it required (annotated with **) to participate:

  • 4 months Unlimited membership to CrossFit Rio Rancho ($800 Value)
  • **3 WODs (Workout Of the Day) per week, with access of up to 6 WODs, Monday through Saturday
  • **Monthly Nutrition Seminars and nutritional guidance as needed
  • **Body Composition Measurements before and after
  • **Pictures before and after
  • **Blood draw for lipid panel testing before and after (to measure cholesterol improvement) ($50 Value)
  • Free 90 Day WOD Book ($20 Value)
  • Free admission to any additional challenges or seminars ($100+)
  • **Template support emails (Emails designed to encourage your family and friends to support you in your commitment!)
  • CrossFit Rio Rancho wrist band ($3 Value)
  • $50 CrossFit Rio Rancho Gift Certificate awarded upon completion of the 4 month scholarship with meeting ALL requirements.

How to enter:
There will be two scholarships awarded, one male and one female. The application process is as follows:
1) Record a 3-5 minute video essay on why you are seeking this scholarship and why you should be selected
2) Give your name, age, height, and weight (must be 16 yrs or older)
3) Email the video to Scholarship@CrossFitRio.com
4) On the email be sure to include your phone number and/or the best way to contact you.

The scholarship recipients will be announced Saturday, November 19th, at the Open House/BSML Winner Announcement PARTY. Save the date!!
